Casts given value from a PHP type to one acceptable by a database.
toPHP( mixed $value , Cake\Database\Driver $driver )
Casts given value from a database type to a PHP equivalent.
toStatement( mixed $value , Cake\Database\Driver $driver )
Casts given value to its Statement equivalent.
