Note
This module is part of the ovirt.ovirt collection (version 3.2.1).
You might already have this collection installed if you are using the ansible package. It is not included in ansible-core. To check whether it is installed, run ansible-galaxy collection list.
To install it, use: ansible-galaxy collection install ovirt.ovirt. You need further requirements to be able to use this module, see Requirements for details.
To use it in a playbook, specify: ovirt.ovirt.ovirt_scheduling_policy_info.
New in ovirt.ovirt 1.0.0
ovirt_scheduling_policy_facts before Ansible 2.9, returning ansible_facts. Note that the ovirt.ovirt.ovirt_scheduling_policy_info module no longer returns ansible_facts!The below requirements are needed on the host that executes this module.

Note
ovirt_scheduling_policies, which contains a list of scheduling policies. You need to register the result with the register keyword to use it.# Examples don't contain auth parameter for simplicity,
# look at ovirt_auth module to see how to reuse authentication:
# Gather information about all scheduling policies with name InClusterUpgrade:
- ovirt.ovirt.ovirt_scheduling_policy_info:
name: InClusterUpgrade
register: result
- ansible.builtin.debug:
msg: "{{ result.ovirt_scheduling_policies }}"
Common return values are documented here, the following are the fields unique to this module:
Key | Description |
|---|---|
ovirt_scheduling_policies list / elements=string | List of dictionaries describing the scheduling policies. Scheduling policies attributes are mapped to dictionary keys, all scheduling policies attributes can be found at following url: https://ovirt.example.com/ovirt-engine/api/model#types/scheduling_policy. Returned: On success. |
