This feature is not Baseline because it does not work in some of the most widely-used browsers.
The x property of the CSSScale interface gets and sets the abscissa or x-axis of the translating vector.
A CSSNumericValue. Can be set to a number, which is wrapped in a CSSUnitValue of unit: "number".
