HTMLMediaElement: paused property

Baseline Widely available

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since ⁨July 2015⁩.

The read-only HTMLMediaElement.paused property tells whether the media element is paused.

Value

A boolean value. true is paused and false is not paused.

Examples

console.log(obj.paused); // true
