For omicron, if you are using LaTeX’s default Computer Modern font then enter omicron just as ‘o’ or ‘O’. If you like having the name or if your font shows a difference then you can use something like \newcommand\omicron{o}
. The package unicode-math has \upomicron
for upright omicron and \mitomicron
for math italic.
While the set membership relation symbol ∈ generated by \in
is related to epsilon, it is never used for a variable.
