Syntax

MPolyFromText(wkt[,srid])
MultiPolygonFromText(wkt[,srid])

Description

Constructs a MULTIPOLYGON value using its WKT representation and SRID.

MPolyFromText() and MultiPolygonFromText() are synonyms.
