dfr str-slice for dataframe

Slices the string from the start position until the selected length.

Signature

> dfr str-slice {flags} (start)

Flags

  • --length, -l {int}: optional length

Parameters

  • start: start of slice

Input/output types:

input output
any any

Examples

Creates slices from the strings

> [abcdedabc321abc123] |dfr into-df|dfr str-slice1-l2

Tips: Dataframe commands were not shipped in the official binaries by default, you have to build it with --features=dataframe flag
