Describes monthly dates in last week of month like “the last Tuesday of each month”.

Parameters:	n : int, default 1 weekday : {0, 1, …, 6}, default 0 0: Mondays 1: Tuesdays 2: Wednesdays 3: Thursdays 4: Fridays 5: Saturdays 6: Sundays

Attributes
