pandas.PeriodDtype

classpandas.PeriodDtype(freq)[source]

An ExtensionDtype for Period data.

This is not an actual numpy dtype, but a duck type.

Parameters:

freq:str or DateOffset

The frequency of this PeriodDtype.

Attributes

freq	The frequency object of this PeriodDtype.
