imagecreatetruecolor — Create a new true color image
imagecreatetruecolor ( int $width , int $height ) : resource
imagecreatetruecolor() returns an image identifier representing a black image of the specified size.
width
Image width.
height
Image height.
Returns an image resource identifier on success, false on errors.
Example #1 Creating a new GD image stream and outputting an image.

$im = @imagecreatetruecolor(120, 20)
or die('Cannot Initialize new GD image stream');
$text_color = imagecolorallocate($im, 233, 14, 91);
