Compute the polygamma function \(^{(n)}(x)\).

Summary

The polygamma function is defined as:

\(^{(a)}(x) = {d^a}{dx^a} (x)\)

where \((x)\) is the digamma function. The polygamma function is defined only for non-negative integer orders \a
