Standard names for Estimator model modes.
The following standard keys are defined:
TRAIN: training/fitting mode.EVAL: testing/evaluation mode.PREDICT: predication/inference mode.EVAL = 'eval'
PREDICT = 'infer'
TRAIN = 'train'
