Checks a tensor for NaN and Inf values.
tf.debugging.check_numerics(
    tensor, message, name=None
)
  When run, reports an InvalidArgument error if tensor has any values that are not a number (NaN) or infinity (Inf). Otherwise, returns the input tensor.
