disable_tf_random_generator(...): Disable the tf.random.Generator as the RNG for Keras.
enable_tf_random_generator(...): Enable the tf.random.Generator as the RNG for Keras.
is_tf_random_generator_enabled(...): Check whether tf.random.Generator is used for RNG in Keras.
