Sets the access and modification times of a file.

Description

Note: If $file doesn’t exist, it will be created.

Parameters

$filestringrequired

Path to file.

$timeintoptional

Modified time to set for file.
Default 0.

$atimeintoptional

Access time to set for file.
Default 0.
