WP_Users_List_Table::extra_tablenav( string $which )

Output the controls to allow user roles to be changed in bulk.

Parameters

$which

(string) (Required) Whether this is being invoked above ("top") or below the table ("bottom").

Fires immediately following the closing “actions” div in the tablenav for the users list table.

Print out option HTML elements for role selectors.
