Show the link to the links popup and the number of links.

Parameters

$textstringoptional

the text of the link

Default:'Links'

$widthintoptional

the width of the popup window

Default:400

$heightintoptional

the height of the popup window

Default:400

$filestringoptional

the page to open in the popup window

Default:'links.all.php'

$countbooloptional

the number of links in the db

Default:true
