ms_not_installed( string $domain, string $path )

This function’s access is marked private. This means it is not intended for use by plugin or theme developers, only in other core functions. It is listed here for completeness.

Displays a failure message.

Description

Used when a blog’s tables do not exist. Checks for a missing $wpdb->site table as well.

Parameters

$domain

(string) (Required) The requested domain for the error to reference.

$path

(string) (Required) The requested path for the error to reference.

First half of escaping for LIKE special characters % and _ before preparing for MySQL.
wp-includes/l10n.php: __()

Retrieve the translation of $text.
wp-includes/load.php: is_admin()

Determines whether the current request is for an administrative interface page.

Attempt an early load of translations.

Load custom DB error or display WordPress DB error.

Kills WordPress execution and displays HTML page with an error message.

Retrieves one variable from the database.

Prepares a SQL query for safe execution.
wp-includes/wp-db.php: wpdb::tables()

Returns an array of WordPress tables.
