path_is_absolute( string $path )

Test if a given filesystem path is absolute.

Description

For example, ‘/foo/bar’, or ‘c:\windows’.

Parameters

$path

(string) (Required) File path.

Return

(bool) True if path is absolute, false is not absolute.
