user_can_delete_post_comments( int $user_id, int $post_id, int $blog_id = 1 )

This function has been deprecated. Use current_user_can() instead.

Whether user can delete a post.

Default value: 1

Return

(bool) returns true if $user_id can delete $post_id's comments
