wp_not_installed()

Redirect to the installer if WordPress is not installed.

Description

Dies with an error message when Multisite is enabled.

Check or set whether WordPress is in “installation” mode.

Retrieve the translation of $text.

Redirects to another page.

If Multisite is enabled.
wp-includes/functions.php: wp_guess_url()

Guess the URL for the site.

Kills WordPress execution and displays HTML page with an error message.

Determines whether WordPress is already installed.
wp-includes/functions.php: nocache_headers()

Set the headers to prevent caching for the different browsers.
