do_action( 'deprecated_file_included', string $file, string $replacement, string $version, string $message )

Fires when a deprecated file is called.

$file: (string) The file that was called.
$replacement: (string) The file that should have been included based on ABSPATH.
$version: (string) The version of WordPress that deprecated the file.
$message: (string) A message regarding the change.

wp-includes/functions.php: _deprecated_file()	Mark a file as deprecated and inform when it has been used.
