/Ansible 2.10

hetzner.hcloud.hcloud – Ansible dynamic inventory plugin for the Hetzner Cloud.

Note

This plugin is part of the hetzner.hcloud collection.

To install it use: ansible-galaxy collection install hetzner.hcloud.

To use it in a playbook, specify: hetzner.hcloud.hcloud.

Synopsis

  • Reads inventories from the Hetzner Cloud API.
  • Uses a YAML configuration file that ends with hcloud.(yml|yaml).

Requirements

The below requirements are needed on the local controller node that executes this inventory.

  • python >= 2.7
  • hcloud-python >= 1.0.0

Populate inventory with instances in this location.
network

Populate inventory with instances which are attached to this network name or ID.

  • hcloud
marks this as an instance of the "hcloud" plugin
strict
boolean
    Choices:
  • no
  • yes
If yes make invalid entries a fatal error, otherwise skip and continue.
Since it is possible to use facts in the expressions they might not always be available and we ignore those errors by default.
token

The Hetzner Cloud API Token.
