tf.raw_ops.TensorArrayScatterV3(
handle, indices, value, flow_in, name=None
)
indices must be a vector, its length must match the first dim of value.

value | A Tensor. The concatenated tensor to write to the TensorArray. |

name | A name for the operation (optional). |
