WP_MS_Sites_List_Table::extra_tablenav( string $which )

Extra controls to be displayed between bulk actions and pagination.

(string) (Required) The location of the extra table nav markup: 'top' or 'bottom'.

Fires immediately following the closing “actions” div in the tablenav for the MS sites list table.
wp-admin/includes/class-wp-ms-sites-list-table.php: restrict_manage_sites

Fires before the Filter button on the MS sites list table.
wp-admin/includes/template.php: submit_button()

Echoes a submit button, with provided text and appropriate class(es).
wp-includes/l10n.php: __()

Retrieve the translation of $text.
wp-includes/plugin.php: do_action()

Execute functions hooked on a specific action hook.
